Tenants/occupants need to have a unit (pink) parking pass if they are parked in front of the unit and a guest (green) parking pass if they are parked in the overflow parking lot. SO TO BE CLEAR, 4 CARS ARE ALLOWED FOR EACH UNIT IN LAURELWOODS. Those failing to do so will be subject to fines for multiple occurrences. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Hickory Run State Park features HAWK FALLS & Boulder Field.  A must do on your trip.
Lake Harmony is our Focal Point in our area. We have the only gas powered Lake in the local area. Offering water skiing/tubing/wakeboarding lessons and Yeti Offers boat rentals on the Split Rock Side.  Surrounded by Restaurants & Bars (Louie’s Prime, Nick’s Lake House, Shenanigans, Terra Cottage & Piggies) Sit on the deck at Nick’s Lake House and enjoy the most amazing sunsets over Lake Harmony.
Pocono Raceway and Pocono Organics is less than 5 minutes away and features all locally grown and sold Organic Vegetables & Fruits. The Amish Market on 115 features everything from hot BBQ Chicken to Fruits, vegetables, desserts & Poultry/Meats.
